The Altamont is a ten-story office complex with approximately ninety-six thousand square feet. There is currently an opportunity to obtain full floors of 7,800 square feet, all of which can be built to suit your needs. Offices as small as five hundred square feet are also available. You can get a custom built space without a custom built price.

Current Altamont tenants include an employment agency, dentists, delicatessen, hair dresser, counseling center, architect, men's clothing store, video productions, scent boutique, and more. Special events are also held at the building. Our banquet hall, in the newly refurbished dining room, seats 250 in style. We also have the academy room, with a capacity of 70, available for smaller less formal events.
