First Night A Big Success Jan 1, 2002 The second floor lobby of The Altamont becomes the location of a new annual event as area citizens came out to attend the First Night celebration. An alcohol free event, First Night features the work of local artists, a dance party, and face painting (for kids of all ages), among other activities.
